Michigan State defeats Davenport in overtime 5-4 Saturday night at the Division 2 Championship in Fort Collins, CO. Defenseman Jeff Marley scored the game winner at 2:49 of OT, and goalie Justin Sand was named tourney MVP.

Oakland University stuns the field from the 10th seed and wins their first Men's Division 1 Championship Sunday in Boardman, OH, beating Penn State 5-1. Grizzlies forward Will McMahon was named tourney MVP, with four goals and an assist vs the Icers.

Kennesaw State University silences the critics and wins their first Men's Division 3 Championship on Saturday in Fort Wayne, beating Albany State 5-1. Owls goalie Steve Hartley was named tournament MVP.

The Division 1 tournament is now in progress in Youngstown, OH, and the Division 3 tourney is going on at Fort Wayne, IN.

Team USA beats Korea

The U.S. University Select Team defeated Korea 5-2 in its final round-robin game at the 2007 Winter World University Games on Wednesday, to clinch 4th place in Pool B. Team USA will play in the 7th place game on Thursday.
