Just to let everyone know that uses this board.the incident that took place dec 1 2001 between Buffalo and Penn State is over. The reporter that smeared the good name of our organization was taken care of very quickly and both clubs involved accept blame and are paying the price. That day, for both teams, was full of stress for many reasons even before the game and it regrettably surfaced. Please do not bash our teams behavior because if you were not there, than you do not know. The incident is over, both clubs are on solid ground in relation to each other and are planning on participating in 4 games with each other in the 2002-2003 season. Hockey is a stressful and physical support and sometimes those factors combine in a regrettable way. Do not smear either Penn State's or Buffalo's name because of a mistake. No matter what, hockey involves fights at all levels and hockey is in the blood of every player on both teams, when levels of the game rise some act as they see in the NHL, AHL, and YES.the ACHA MEN's Division. This was not a blood fest, this wasn't even a punchfest, there was shoving and anger but it ended and I expect anyone involved with the ACHA to know that the incident is over, put it to rest.
